Aetypic was retained by the County of Stanislaus as architect/engineer of record for a budgeted $3.6 million roofing renovation and HVAC upgrade for the Juvenile Justice Center. The 35,000 SF Juvenile Hall Detention roof replaced and upgrades made to the 12,500 SF roof of the Probation Administration Building.

Construction is complete and the total cost was $2.58 million (original bid of $2.4 million). All eight bids were under the cost estimate of $3.3 million.
